6:30pm Bikram Yoga (90 min)
My body is very weak and worn out from coughing so much but it was relaxing to finally be able to stretch everything out. At first when I walked into to heated room I started coughing and was debating if I should leave. But after laying down and sitting still I felt Id be able to make it through the class. I was able to hold the poses and focus pretty well. Im really starting to like the way my body feels after yoga.
